RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Refunds are not available once an order is delivered or picked up.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Please allow at least 24 to 48 hours for minimum order preparation, also please allow two to three weeks for custom or specialty cake orders. We want to provide the best quality service and products.
If you need to cancel a custom or specialty order, we require written notice at least a week in advance or you will forfeit 50% of your original payment. There is no cancellation available on 24 to 48 hour orders.
